Nicolas Mossaz is the founder of Legal Expat and a partner at our partner Law firm.

He is an experienced litigator, providing legal advice to address the various issues expatriates and foreign companies may face.

Nicolas has significant experience in Family Law matters, specializing in complex and international divorce cases.

He acted as Deputy Judge at the Geneva Civil Court from 2013 to 2018.

Nicolas is a member of the Geneva Bar Association and of the Swiss Bar Association.
