Legal Expat Consultation Desk
Legal Expat offers legal consultations open to anyone facing family laws issues in Switzerland. We offer consultations for a flat fee of CHF 300.-. Our fees include a full review of your situation and a meeting in person or by zoom.
Consultations are given by English-speaking lawyers experienced in family law and registered with the Geneva Bar Association.
Our consultations typically cover the following issues:
- Separation proceedings
- Divorce proceedings
- Maintenance payments
- Parental rights
- International situations
- Pension fund issues
- Recovery of maintenance payments
In the case of additional assistance, the activity is charged on an hourly rate basis.
Need Court support ?
Legal Expat works in collaboration with the Geneva-based law firm OA LEGAL. The lawyers of the firm assist a large number of expatriates in family law proceedings, mainly in the cantons of Geneva, Vaud and Valais.
They also have a network of correspondents when it comes to cases located in German-speaking jurisdictions.
