Legal Expat Consultation Desk

Legal Expat offers legal consultations open to anyone regarding immigration law issues. We offer consultations for a flat fee of CHF 300.-. Our fees include a full review of your situation and a meeting in person or by zoom.

Consultations are given by English-speaking legal specialists experienced in Inheritance law. Our consultations typically cover the following issues:

  • Information on Swiss inheritance law
  • Drafting of a will
  • Estate planning
  • Usufruct in favor of the the surviving spouse
  • Sharing of the estate

In the case of additional assistance, the activity is charged on an hourly rate basis.
