Legal Expat Consultation Desk

Legal Expat offers legal consultations open to anyone facing family laws issues in Switzerland. We offer consultations for a flat fee of CHF 300.-. Our fees include a full review of your situation and a meeting in person or by zoom.

Consultations are given by English-speaking legal specialists experienced in family law and registered with the Geneva Bar Association.

Our consultations typically cover the following issues:

  • Separation proceedings
  • Divorce proceedings
  • Maintenance payments
  • Parental rights
  • International situations
  • Pension fund issues
  • Recovery of maintenance payments

In the case of additional assistance, the activity is charged on an hourly rate basis.
